Once a week curbside collection of 4 items of trash, yard trim and recycling is provided to residents living in single family homes, townhomes, most trailer parks and condominiums (apartments use private trash haulers).

Child Care Training

The Office of Children's Services offers a variety of training and education opportunities for those living and working with children and adolescents.  We invite you to attend any event that meets your needs.  Child care providers are encouraged to attend training workshops which meet their professional needs and goals.  Parents, families, and guardians are invited to attend any workshop.  The Howard County Family Institute sponsors events specifically for families.
